Saturday, December 12th, 2009Last weekend, I met the T family in downtown Rochester for family portraits.
This beautiful family had great ideas, and a good attitude, which we needed for those cold outdoor shots!
I always have a tough time picking pictures for the sneak peeks, but thought this one of the girls was too adorable to NOT share. (Don’t worry, I got plenty of Miss B with a smile on her face too!) I think this is my favorite from a family session in a long time!

Tuesday, December 8th, 2009Once again, I had the hardest time limiting my sneak peeks. I know I have mentioned that I love shooting newborns. It isn’t just because they are warm little bundles of cute (though they are!)
I love the dynamic that a newborn brings to a family. It is a time of exhaustion and excitement and wonder. I was amazed by how comfortable and relaxed Max’s parents are. When I had my first, I was a nervous wreck!
I seem to have a knack for keeping newborns awake, but Max did give me a few sleepy shots. I hope he slept all night after his exciting day!
