You may or may not have realized that my recent seniors, Heather and Hannah, are twins! So different, but both so beautiful and sassy!

In addition to the senior pictures, we took got some pictures of the girls together and some of the whole family (including their beautiful older sister Hillary, featured here a few years ago!)

And finally one fun one (as I imagine life with girls)

A super busy family with 3 adorable boys? Yeah, I could sorta relate to this session. Maybe that is why I had such a hard time narrowing down the photos…I kept thinking “but look at the hilarious expression he’s making!” or “yup, that’s life with 3 boys.” Deleting has been very hard!

After a winter hiatus, it felt so good to be out shooting. The ‘E’ family is a dream: gorgeous mom, laid back dad, and 3 adorable kids–yes please! Despite the chilliness (it was warm, but not THAT warm!), we shuttled to a few locations, and the kids were perfect. Not a peep of complaint!

Thanks for hanging with me E family!

What to wear ~ my family!

November 17, 2010

A few weeks ago, we had family portraits taken by the wonderfully talented Becca Wersland. Suddenly, I was faced with what would WE wear? Here is one of the beautiful images Becca took (used with permission).

We all started with Lukie’s sweater, which is shades of grey and blue. Ben picked out an awesome sweater, so I added a blue shirt underneath to give it some pop. It is hard to tell, but Sammy is wearing a blue sweater, with a black vest over the top. Jason and I both chose to wear black (to hide our baby weight ;0), but I brought in more blue with a flower headband and some blue leopard flats.

Thanks again for putting up with us Becca!
(Our clothes were a combination of things we owned, and some purchased from Children’s Place, Crazy 8, Old Navy, and Target)
