I can’t imagine a better way to spend an afternoon off than with little Miss Grace and her parents. A huge sneak peek, because well, just look how adorable she is!

I was really tempted to scoop her up in her Prada diaper bag and take her home, but I realized her parents might not like that!

Luckily, I’ll be seeing her again in 6 short months.

It seems like forever ago that we used to see Nolan’s parents at the “Mommy movies” back when our first and their first were only weeks old. I’m so happy to welcome them to the club of parents who are outnumbered. Luckily, they got another good one. I love Nolan’s little chin, and of course, his long toes.

I kept telling his big sister that I would be happy to take him home, but she turned me down flat. I guess she’s a little attached.

This beauty is the daughter of one of my closest friends. I am so happy I was able to meet her, and miss her family very much. Michigan seems to get further away all the time. In a black and white mood, so a few more of those that is normal for me!

Mr. N was only 7 days when I got to play with him, but he was so alert…maybe because he cooked for a few extra days I seriously considered tucking him under my coat and sneaking him home, but I think Mommy and Daddy would have noticed.

And of course, some baby feet…look at those toes curl. Squee!

Mr. Owen came a little earlier than his mommy expected, but he is just perfect. I love working with the babies under a week old to get beautiful sleepy, curly photos. I just love newborns, and can you look at these and blame me?

And an adorable smile…I think his daddy must have a football fan on his hands!

Miss C ~ Rochester, MN newborn portraits

Miss C is my newest baby plan sweetie. She’s a month old, and made her mommy and I work hard for these images. So worth it though! I love her little chin, and I’m so excited to watch her grow!

(Take a minute to admire this hat. It was my first knitting project in a LONG time, and I’m exceedingly proud.)

This one is my favorite. The quilt was made by Miss C’s great-grandmother, a wedding gift for Miss C’s Mommy’s wedding. This gorgeous quilt was completely done by hand. I absolutely love being able to include these special treasures in portraits.

I can’t wait to see you again!

Miss K was so eager to meet her parents that she came early. When I met her at 5 weeks, she wasn’t even due yet! Luckily, she’s doing great and was the perfect model. Her skin is just gorgeous, and I’ve never seen so many smiles!

Can you believe this little tutu? It is the smallest I’ve ever seen… SO cute!

Thank you so much for a great afternoon. I can’t wait to see you again this summer!

Last week, I met sweet newborn twins at 6 and 7 days old…no, not 2 days in a row. The boys have different birthdays

Heather used to take care of my babies, and though I was sad to see her go, I am so thrilled that she and Andy now have these beautiful boys of their own.

This is one of my favorites:

When I saw this before I left, I had to grab a few shots. This crib has been in Heather’s family for over 70 years!

I’ll share a few of the individual shots in the next couple days…they both need to have their own spotlight too!
